The Distinguished Hospitality Executive Forum hosted by FHTM was held on October 11, 2019. Ms. Beira Xianhe Fu, the founder of Beijing Synling Asset Management & Technology Co., Ltd. was invited to give a talk entitled Hotel Development and Investment briefing to our FHTM students. Ms. Biera Fu is also an outstanding alumnus of FHTM.
Ms. Beira Fu first introduced the whole process of hotel market development and investment from her professional point of view. She also shared her expertise in the analysis of the feasibility of the market and selection of hotel brands. Moreover, she also explained asset management of hotels and hotel property valuation. Finally, she shared her own study experience in MUST and gave some valuable suggestions to our senior students who are applying for the postgraduate programs and seeking for internship and job opportunities. Students were benefited greatly from this seminar. This seminar was sponsored by Macao Foundation.
