On November 10, 2019, a group of lovely friends from Faculty of Tourism of Sun Yat-Sen University visited FHTM.
Sun Yat-Sen University’s students came from Zhuhai early in the morning for an one-day exchange activity. At the beginning of the activity, both student groups showed great enthusiasm and delightfulness. After a brief introduction, the ice-breaking game arrived as promised. Action solitaire activity let the students of the two Students' Unions better understand each other, and paved the way for the Macao sightseeing activity. At noon, FHTM Student Union prepared delicious local food from the old restaurant "Tomato House" in Macao. The dazzling array of food and egg tarts lead students of Sun Yat-Sen University to further understand Macao and our university.
Another game were also planned by the FHTM Students' Union. A number of Macau Instagram spots were chosen for both groups of students. Students were asked to identify each spot, visit the sites as a team and to check them off from their list. This game aims to not only let the students travel in Macao tourist sites, but also to communicate and get know to each other during the activity.
Although the activity only lasted for one day, all the students did experience a meaningful and interesting day. The friendship between Macau University of Science and Technology and Sun Yat-Sen University will surely drive further and better.
