The 3rd International Congress of Health-Oriented Tourism and Hospitality (3rd ICOHOTH, www.icohoth.org) Conference was successfully hosted in Bangkok, Thailand from 8 to 10 September as the chair of the organizing committee. The general goals of the conference are to foster and exchange perspectives and develop new ideas in contemporary tourism and hospitality across the globalized environment. The conference aims to explore not only Health Oriented Tourism and Hospitality issues, but this year expands its focus to include food and sustainability concerns.

Professor Timothy Lee, Vice Dean of F.H.T.M., Associate Professor Pai Chen Kuo and 13 postgraduate students from the Faculty of Hospitality and Tourism Management of M.U.S.T. including Mr. Guo Ce who was awarded one of the best papers (co-authored with Dr. Pai Chen Kuo, Mr. Chen Kuan Ting, and Mr. Chen Haoran) at the conference.
More than 110 papers were submitted from academia and industry practitioners in 14 countries, and around 70 delegates attended to exchange and discuss the latest research and share industry cases in the field.
