President Chair Professor Liu Liang, Dr. Tong Ka Lok, Vice President and Mr. Kuan Man San, administrative officer of Macau University of Science and Technology (MUST) paid a visit to Mr. Raimundo Arrais do Rosário, Secretary for Transport and Public Works on the afternoon of February 5th, 2015. The meeting features cordial greetings and an active exchange of ideas.
President Liu Liang extended his sincere appreciation to the Macao SAR Government and Mr. Raimundo Arrais do Rosário for their continuous support and guidance regarding the development and construction of MUST, which was followed by a brief introduction to the recent progress on the scale of MUST, characteristics of each faculty and achievements of the research institute etc. President Liu particularly pointed out that MUST has recruited an additional 200 teaching and research staff members in the recent years. MUST will continue to build an internationally outstanding faculty and research team, adhere to the philosophy of equal emphasis on teaching and research, to keep constantly on improving in quality education and pursuing of research excellence.
