Delegation of Seattle University Visits MUST For Mutual Cooperation

A delegation led by Professor David Powers, the Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences at Seattle University (SU) visited Macau University of Science and Technology (MUST) on March 19th 2015 and were warmly welcomed by Senior Vice President Professor Zhang Shuguang, Associate Vice Presidents Professor Pang Chuan and Professor Sun Jianrong. The both parties exchanged opinions on a wide range of cooperation opportunities including student and faculty exchange programs, collaborative research projects, etc.

During the meeting, Senior Vice President of MUST Zhang Shuguang, Associate Vice Presidents Professor Pang Chuang and Professor Sun Jianrong introduced the enrollment and growth of undergraduates and postgraduates, as well as the development and achievement of each faculty/school of MUST in the recent years to Professor David Powers individually. Professor Powers also introduced to MUST representatives about the progress and achievement of SU has made in the last few years in return. The both parties then discussed about the student and faculty exchange programs and possible collaborative research projects between two universities in the future, and a memorandum of cooperation was signed afterward.
