Two senior students of Macau University of Science and Technology (MUST) competed at the International Final of the Global Management Challenge, held in Prague, the capital city of Czech Republic on April 22nd and 23rd, 2015. Being the backbone of the team representing Macau, the two MUST students together with MUST alumni endured the grueling competition and finished second by leading team Ukraine, the winner of the 2012 edition by a small margin. The defending champion team Russia successfully defended their title. Other participating countries include People's Republic of China, Poland, France, India, Brazil, etc..

When commenting on this event, Professor Lin Zhijun, Dean of School of Business (MSB) of MUST, was proud to mention the fact that MSB students have won Macau Final of the Global Management Challenge for four times and he considered students’ performance this year as another glorious achievement following winning the international final in 2007 and being the international runner-up in 2010. According to Professor Lin, these delightful results showcase MUST students’ solid managerial skills and flexibility and adaptability facing modern business competition. It also reflects that in terms of teaching, MUST has placed a great emphasis on both fundamental theories and application of theories.
