Faculty of Hospitality and Tourism Management and School of Continuing Studies have invited Mr. Martin Yan, celebrity chef and food writer, to give a talk in N317 on May 5, 2016. The lecture is sponsored by the Macao Foundation.
Mr. Yan shared his career development with our students and the key of success to reach the goals. He has given a lot of encouragements for our students majoring in food and beverage management. Yan’s talk received warm reception from students and faculty alike.
Mr. Yan is a Chinese-American chef and has hosted his award winning cooking show Yan Can Cook since 1982. Mr. Yan has successfully promoted Chinese cuisine and culture in the United States and Canada through his popular TV cooking show. He is one of the top chefs in the world who has published 26 recipe books and 5 of them are award winning. He has won many world cooking awards as well.
