The Culinary Demonstration by Celebrity Chef Zhou Weiwu was held on December 04, 2020 at the Faculty of Hospitality and Tourism Management of Macau University of Science and Technology. At the event, Celebrity Chef Zhou Weiwu shared culinary skills and ideas with teachers and students of FHTM.

Chef Zhou and his assistant of Star Chef College Chef Yang Fucheng, were warmly welcomed by Dean of FHTM Prof. Ben K. Goh, Vice Dean Ms. Amy Chu and Program Director Dr. Brenda Yang.

After the welcoming speech by Prof. Goh and the souvenir presentation, the demonstration began. Chef Zhou Weiwu demonstrated the cooking skills with his signature dish “Abalone with preserved fruits”. The students were fascinated by the technique and the special Chinese ingredients. They were excited as it was a great experience encountering with Chinese cuisine and said that they would like to learn from the grandmasters to carry forward the traditional Chinese cuisine.
