MUST students won the second place in PATA China Young Tourism Professional Challenge 2014

Under the guidance of PATA China (Beijing) Chapter, supported by Zhejiang Tourism Administration and Hangzhou Tourism Commission, the 7th PATA China Young Tourism Professional Challenge was held in Hangzhou during 18-19 October. Led by Assistant Professor, Dr. Pan Su-Ying from the Faculty of Hospitality and Tourism Management (FHTM), a student team from MUST participated in the event. Including two members of the team Jin Xiaoxuan, and Chen Wuyou were from FHTM and the other one Zhao Jiarong from School of Business. Among the thirteen teams (out of 41 entries) in the last round, the MUST team received the second place award. Additionally, Dr. Pan Su-Ying received the Excellent Instructor Award, and student Chen Wuyou received the Excellent Performance Award. This competition facilitated intellectual exchanges between MUST team and other teams from universities across China, provided the students with a great leaning opportunity, and offered a platform for MUST students to demonstrate their competence advantages.
