工作描述

ž    Responsible full spectrum of professional secretarial, business and personal support (e.g. book-keeping, expenses, handling telephone calls, schedule management, arranging meetings, arranging trip schedules, personal tasks etc.)

ž    Assist in the daily administrative duties (e.g. typing, filing, regular correspondence and liaison with external partners and vendors, etc.)

ž    Provide office support to other departments where necessary

ž    Handle ad-hoc projects or duties as assigned

Requirements

ž    At least 3 years of secretarial / administrative experience

ž    Higher Diploma or above with formal secretarial training

ž    Good computer skills including Word, Excel, MS Outlook, PowerPoint

ž    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

ž    High professional standard of integrity and confidentiality

ž    Able to work independently and within tight deadline

ž    Fluent in English and Chinese, Good command in both written and spoken English & Chinese
