-Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the reception -Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls -Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries in a timely manner -Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via -the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges) -Records orders for merchandises or services -Order supplies and keep inventory of stock -Keep updated records of office expenses and costs -Support administrative works as needed |

Requirements 應聘要求 |
-Good telephone manner; -Good command of Chinese, English and Mandarin; -Proficiency in general PC applications (MS Office, Internet, Email and Chinese input); -Mature, responsible and able to work independently; -To work at any time slot during office hours (Monday–Friday at 9:30 - 6:30). |
