[Upcoming Event] The Faculty of Hospitality and Tourism Management Hold the First Session of “Chef Series” -- Culinary Demonstration Workshop with Chef Daniel Lai from Wynn Academy - Macanese Cuisine

The Faculty of Hospitality and Tourism Management of Macau University of Science and Technology will co-organize with Wynn Food & Beverage Academy to hold the 2021/2022 academic year’s First Session of “Chef Series” -- Culinary Demonstration Workshop with Chef Daniel Lai from Wynn Academy on October 29th, 2021. At that time, Chef Daniel Lai, Manager of Western Culinary Wynn F&B Academy will be invited to share his successful industry experience and to demonstrate culinary skills.

Guest Speaker: Chef Daniel Lai

Daniel Lai is a professional chef with over 20 years of experience and knowledge in western kitchen. He worked in different 5 star hotels in Hong Kong and Macau as well as a number of large and high profile events like the Macau 1999 “Handover Dinner”.

Chef Daniel Lai is a Certified Mentor from the Culinary Institute of America (CIA), a Certified Food Safety Professional by Sino-American Logistics Council and a Servsafe Instructor & Proctor.
