Dr. Su is a professor in Department of Hotel and Restaurant Management at Taiwan Pingtung University of Science and Technology. He received his Ph.D. degree in Hospitality Management from Kansas State University in 1996. His research interests now include curriculum evaluation for hospitality program, hospitality students’ learning style preferences, team-based learning perception, consumer behavior in hospitality & tourism, service quality management, customer satisfaction measurement practice and solid waste management. He has published more than 40 papers in top tier journals in hospitality and tourism and 5 books.
