Dr. SooCheong Jang is currently a Professor of Hospitality and Tourism Management (HTM). Dr. Jang’s research interests have been in Finance and Strategic Management and Restaurant Service Management and Consumer Behavior. Dr. Jang has published more than 200 papers in top-tier refereed journals.
