On the morning of May 23, 2018，Mr. Zhang Wei Hao, CEO of TUTORTRISTAR Ltd. was invited to present a lecture for postgraduate and PhD students. He explained the operation and methodology tool - Partial Least Square (PLS) for students and received a warm welcome from Dr. Zhang Yang, Dr. Tang Juan and Dr. Xu Fu Jie of Faculty of Hospitality and Tourism Management (FHTM) and the students.
Mr. Zhang Wei Hao started with the history of statistics software development and compared the merits of different generations. And then he introduced the function of the PLS so that students better understood how to operate the software in their own research analysis. Then he offered several practical tips for PLS operation. His passion and humor impressed students. During the lecture, lecturer and students had great interactions with each other.
