On October 5th- 8th, Dr. Salott Chau organized and carried out a four-day study tour to Bangkok, for the DE1 class of “Travel Agency Operations and Management”. The itinerary planning and travel agency packaging were arranged by students under supervision of Dr. Chau.
During this study tour, the group visited Grand Palace, Wat Phra Kaew, Wat Arun (Temple of the Dawn), Ancient City, National Museum of Thailand, and Floating Market, these destinations provided an opportunity for students to experience the local culture
Student appreciated the Faculty of Hospitality and Tourism Management to provide this overseas learning opportunity, and special thanks to Dr. Chau for her meticulous care and professional answers to any enquires during the trip. Appreciation also are extended to Mr. Yu, Xianzhi, the tour manager who was in charge and coordinated the tour, and his team in making this a successful trip.
