FHTM to Hold Culinary Demonstration Workshop — Chef Jose Lei, the Executive Sous Chef (Western) from Wynn Palace

The Faculty of Hospitality and Tourism Management will hold the first session of this semester’s culinary demonstration workshops on March 11th, 2021. Chef Jose Lei, the Executive Sous Chef (Western) from Wynn Palace will be invited to share successful experiences and showcase culinary skills.

Chef Jose Lei, the Executive Sous Chef (Western) at Wynn Palace, was born and raised in Macao and his culinary career began early on with nearly 25 years’ experience in Macanese cuisine, and learning the ropes at Macao Institute for Tourism Studies (IFTM) for 6 years before joining the opening team of Wynn Macau in 2006.
