Department of Decision Sciences (MUST) Ranks 29th within Greater China Region in UT-Dallas Ranking (Management Science Category)

Department of Decisions Sciences (DDS), School of Business of Macau University of Science and Technology ranks 29^th in the Greater China Regions in the 2014-2017 academic ranking of business and management of UT-Dallas, USA.This indicates that with the support of MSB and MUST, DDS has reached the top academic level in the Greater China Regions.

The UT-Dallas Ranking is the most authoritative academic ranking in the world for business management including information systems, finance, management, marketing, accounting, economics, and management science. It focuses on the research level of universities (especially the publications in the top-tier journals), and also reflects the corresponding academic reputation.

DDS was found in 2014 and the current department head is Dr. Tang Huajun. It provides three majors under BBA program (supply chain, business analytics, and information systems), one master program (business analytics), and two doctoral programs (DPM and DBA). Furthermore, another master program in supply chain is in the process of application.
