The Macau European Chamber of Commerce (MECC) visited M.U.S.T.

The Macau European Chamber of Commerce (MECC) paid a visit to Macau University of Science and Technology on November 23, 2021. The delegation was warmly received by Vice Chancellor and President Chair Prof. Joseph Hun-wei LEE, Vice President Dr. Tong Ka Lok, Dean of Faculty of Hospitality and Tourism Management Prof. Goh Kok Beng, Head of Secretariat Ms. Chu Oi Mei and IUR Project Manager Ms. Yu Jiali.

At the reception, President Joseph Hun-wei LEE welcomed the delegation and made a detailed introduction of M.U.S.T. He mentioned that the University hopes to work with the community together, to educate and cultivate innovative talents for the country and Macao S.A.R. President Henry Brockman made an introduction about MECC. It’s members are drawn from several European chambers of commerce in Macao and their mission is to enhance the cooperation and promote common development through the exchanges among Macao’s business circles. Both parties hope to have further cooperation to facilitate the development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area as well as the Belt and Road Initiative.

The delegation also visited the State Key Laboratory of Quality Research in Chinese Medicine.
