Lecturer Yan Feng(L)
On 4th October, Yan Feng --the lecturer from the Faculty of Hospitality and Tourism Management participated in an international conference and won the Best Paper Award with the paper “The Influence of Relationship Quality and Exhibition Brand Image on Customer Loyalty: a Conceptual Model”. Yan Feng produced this paper with Associate Professor Ivan Lai and Assistant Professor Jingquan Zhou, who are both from the Faculty of Hospitality and Tourism Management. The paper developed a new model to analyze the impact of relationship quality and brand image on customer loyalty in the context of exhibition industry.
The conference IBSM - International conference on Business, Management and Accounting was held in Chiang Mai, Thailand from 2 - 4 October 2013.Participants in this conference are form several countries: Australia, Cameroon, Indonesia, India, Malaysia, Mexico, Slovenia, Taiwan, Thailand, Iran, Macau, South Africa and Nigeria.
