The "Association for Adult Education Annual Award for Lifelong Learning" is one of the 2018/2019 scholarships for the degree program of MUST School of Liberal Arts (SLA) sponsored by the Association for Adult Education Macau. Dean of School of SLA, Professor Aliana, Leong Man Wai and President of the Executive Committee, Association for Adult Education, Mr. João Baptista Manuel Leão presented the scholarship and certificate to our outstanding student, Miss Lo Kim Ling recently.
Professor Leong said that the scholarship is designed to encourage students to work hard, to maintain excellent academic performance, promote the overall development of students, and cultivate outstanding talents. Besides, the school has been supported by all sectors of society, parents, and students, and has trained more than three thousand business and tourism-related management talents. The school was officially renamed in March this year and will have better development in terms of teaching, academic activities, industry-university cooperation, and social interaction. The school now offers the Bachelor of Commerce Degree Program and the Bachelor of Hospitality Management Degree Program. Professor Leong believes that with the joint efforts of all colleagues in the school, SLA will be able to cultivate more interdisciplinary talents with both theoretical knowledge and practical experience. In the future, we hope that more lifelong learners will join our MUST big family and will jointly light up the development of liberal arts education in Macau!
