The Faculty of Hospitality and Tourism Management of Macau University of Science and Technology will co-organize with Wynn Food & Beverage Academy to hold the First Session of “Chef Series” -- Culinary Demonstration Workshop by Chef Zhou Yuanchang on September 30th, 2021. At that time, Chinese Master Chef Zhou Yuanchang will be invited to the scene to share his successful industry experience and to demonstrate culinary skills.

Guest Speaker: Chef Zhou Yuanchang
Chef Zhou Yuanchang was born in a family of famous chefs in Shanghai and has been in the catering business for over 50 years. Chef Zhou is the National Senior Technician, Registered Senior Chinese Master Chef and a non-genetic inheritor of traditional Shanghai culinary skills. He has won many awards such as the Golden Jubilee Award of Chinese Cooking Masters and China's Top Ten Famous Chefs, and has become an international judge of the World Chinese Culinary Federation. Chef Zhou is also well known as the leader of Shanghai-style creative cuisine and his "Zhou She Restaurant", famous in classic Shanghai-style cuisine, has received a one-diamond rating in the Black Pearl Restaurant Guide.
