The Faculty of Hospitality and Tourism Management of Macau University of Science and Technology will hold the 3rd Session of “Chef Series” -- Culinary Demonstration Workshop by Celebrity Chef of China Li Rui on November 19th, 2021. At that time, Master Chef of China Li Rui will be invited to the scene to demonstrate culinary skills of Sichuan Cuisine.

Guest Speaker: Chef Li Rui
Chef Li Rui is the National Senior Technician and the Celebrity Chef of China. He has presided a number of scientific research projects for catering brand and cooking teaching projects. He also published the journal articles on food technology research, and served as the judge of provincial and municipal cooking skill competitions for many times, and is committed to the research on the industrialized production of traditional Chinese cuisine.
