The Faculty of Hospitality and Tourism Management of Macau University of Science and Technology will hold the 2nd Session of “Chef Series” -- Culinary Demonstration Workshop by Chef Huang Huiming on October 21st, 2022. At that time, Celebrity Chef from China, Huang Huiming will be invited to the scene to demonstrate culinary skills of Hunan Cuisine.

Guest Speaker: Chef Huang Huiming
Chef Huang Huiming has focused on the operation, management and development of Hunan cuisine for 39 years. He is a national senior cooking technician, a senior registered celebrity chef of China, a famous Chinese Hunan cuisine master, a Chinese catering culture master, a Chinese Hunan cuisine culture master, and a senior national culinary examiner. He has served as a mentor for more than 1,000 Chinese chefs in well-known restaurants, and a technical mentor for 68 catering chain companies in China. Adhering to the responsibility of inheriting Hunan cuisine, innovating Hunan cuisine, and spreading Hunan cuisine, he is committed to the research and promotion of local cuisine in southern Hunan, and has been awarded as one of the ten masters who has influenced Hunan cuisine in China.
