Embrace our concept “From Farm to Table”, The Seasons Restaurant source ingredients not only from suppliers with close ties to the community, but also produce from own experiential garden which is located in proximity to the restaurant. The goal of The Seasons Restaurant is to teach students the responsibility of sustainable food use, as well as the importance of caring for ingredients. The training restaurant provides a real world scenario for the students, and allows them to experience what is like to serve regular guests, take pride on everything they serve and work toward providing an enjoyable experience for the guests.
