The culinary Laboratory covers an area of 282 square meters which is equipped with the state-of –the-art culinary equipment. There are duck roasters, pig roasters, steamers for dim-sum, Chinese stoves, grillers, deep fryers, food warmers and so on where students can learn both Eastern and Western cuisines here.
