Third Lecture of FHTM’s “Seminars by F & B Leaders”

The third lecture of the “Seminars by F & B Leaders” hosted by FHTM was held on April 20, 2018. Mr. John Slaone, Assistant Senior Vice President of F&B Operations and Culinary in Galaxy Entertainment Group, was invited to give a talk entitled Food and Beverage Development and Strategies in Integrated Resorts for our food and beverage management students.

Mr. John Slaone first introduced the scope of operation, brands and operation direction of the different food and beverage outlets covered under Macau Galaxy Resorts. And based on these areas, Mr. Slaone brought out the development and business strategies in the food and beverage areas in integrated resort hotels. At the end, he also took his personal experience to encourage our F&B students to have a bright future.
