FHTM- Bachelor of Food and Beverage Management Students Visit
The Gourmet Asia Food Expo

On May 18th, 2018, 10 BFBM students from the Faculty of Hospitality and Tourism Management of MUST led by Culinary Lab Technician Mr. Yang ZhenYu attended the Gourmet Asia Expo at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre in Waichai, Hong Kong. The exhibition was organized by HOFEX aimed at providing premium trading platform for high-end specialty food, drink and hospitality equipment.

The group arrived and started the tour that early morning at the convention center. The exhibition provided a valuable experience for students to widen their knowledge and better understanding of many top-quality ingredients as well as the latest trend in the food and beverage industry. Students even enjoyed an exciting coffee latte art competition. Students felt that the experience and knowledge obtained from this exhibition would apply to their future learning and development.
