Third Lecture of FHTM’s “Seminars by F & B Leaders”

The third lecture of the “Seminars by F & B Leaders” hosted by FHTM was held on March 29, 2019. Mr. Frank Yuen, the former Group Food & Beverage Consultant & General Manager, Guangdong Chimelong Group Co. Ltd., was invited to give a talk entitled “Food and Beverage Management in Theme Park” for our Food and Beverage Management majors.

Mr. Frank Yuen first talked about what is Food & Beverage Management. Then he talked about how to manage Food & Beverage Management in an organization, then he talked about how difference the operation and management should be compare with a restaurant and restaurant in theme park. In the theme park, the safety of the food temperature while serving and the furniture selection would be more concerned since there are a lot of kids in the theme park. Students all felt that they learnt a lot from Mr. Yuen.
