Vice President Kuo Ta-we and Chang Ming-woei from School of Law in Fu Jen Catholic University visited Faculty of Law, M.U.S.T. on 22 October 2019. The Executive Vice Dean Fang Quan, Program Director Xie Gengliang and Assistant Professor Peng Yunpeng greeted them on their arrival.

Executive Vice Dean, Fang Quan, welcomed the visit of School of Law in Fu Jen Catholic University. Both Universities exchanged some aspects with each other, such as the teaching characteristics, academic research and external exchange, etc. A collaboration agreement was signed both of the Universities in June this year. The purpose was to build a platform which could launch the substantive cooperation regarding to the mutual visit, students learning exchange and scientific research, etc.

On the same day afternoon, Vice President Kuo Ta-we and Chang Ming-woei were delivered academic seminar with the topic “The amendment of Taiwan Company Law strengthened the protection of shareholders’ right and interests” and “Discussion of affairs jurisdiction of the Criminal Procedure Law” respectively. The students interacted enthusiastically with the two professors during the seminar.
