Professor Fang Quan, Executive Vice Dean of Faculty of Law, and Bi Jingwei, Program Director, visited the School of Law in Guangdong University of Foreign Studies on 13 November 2019. Professor Fang and Bi Jingwei were received a warm welcome from Yuan Quan, Dean of School of Law, and Han Yonghong who is the Vice Dean. During the visit, both sides exchanged the views on teaching characteristics, teachers and students, Faculty institutions, academic activities, foreign exchange platforms, etc.
Fang Quan and Yuan Quan signed the collaboration agreement on that day, both parties stated that there has a lot cooperation opportunity between the two faculties in teachers’ visits, student exchanges, scientific research cooperation and social services, etc.

On the same day, Professor Fang Quan and Bi Jingwei visited the School of Law in South China University of Technology. Jiang Wuzhen, Dean of School of Law, participated in the forum as well. During the forum, both parties introduced their faculties to each other and hoped that there would be more cooperation opportunities for teachers and students exchange and academic activities, etc. They also hoped that they could push ahead with nurturing the talents in Greater Bay Area.
