As the academic supporting unit, Assistant Professor Zhong Wen Cai was appointed on behalf of the Faculty of Law of MUST to be a judge in the final of 2021 Legal Service Product Competition sponsored by Beijing Jingshi Law Firm, Zhuhai Division on 6th November 2021.
Assistant Professor Zhong Wen Cai said that this competition involved Labor Law, Tax Law, science and technology, media, new economy, and other fields. The professional abilities to participate in teams were worthy to be affirmed. Starting from the perspective of integration of law and commerce and surrounding the logical line of connection between profession and market, Assistant Professor Zhong Wen Cai made sophisticated comments on the participating law service products from three aspects: choosing and clarifying competitive strategy, measuring individuality and standardization of product, a subdivision of market and delivery to customers. After the competition, Assistant Professor Zhong Wen Cai in-depth discussed with other guests the topics of cultivation and development legal practitioners, exploring legal service products, market dynamics, etc.
