A Delegation from Guangdong Province Law Association visited the Faculty of Law, M.U.S.T on the afternoon of May 26th, 2022. Led by Vice President Liu Yong Qing and Vice President Jiang Bin, the delegation members included Director of General Affairs Department of Guangdong Province Law Association Wang Qi Li and Deputy Director Wang Jin Yang, Professor of School of Law of Sun Yat-sen University Guo Tian Wu, Associate Professor of School of Law of Guangdong University of Finance Mo Ran, Chairman of Entrepreneur Capital Management Association of Guangdong Province Dong Jin Hong. Dean Fang Quan, Program Director Xie Geng Liang, Program Director Mou Xiao Bo, Assistant Professor Xiao Hui Na and Assistant Professor Zhou Ting received the delegation.

Dean Fang Quan extended her warm welcome to the delegation and introduced the scale of students, features of teaching, academic research work, affiliated institutions and foreign exchange activities of the Faculty. Vice President Liu Yong Qing affirmed the achievements of the Faculty of Law, M.U.S.Y in the such a short period since its establishment and expressed his expectation to enhance the close communication between the two parties. At the symposium, the experts and scholars made heated discussion on cohesion mechanism of regulations, cross-regional dispute solution, cross-border data interchange, cooperation on people‘s livelihood in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao and other issues of common concern in the context of national strategies of the construction of the Greater Bay Area and Guangdong-Macao In-Depth Cooperation Zone in Hengqin. Both parities expressed expectations for carrying out broad and substantial exchange and cooperation to make greater contributions to the construction of rule by law in the Greater Bay Area and Guangdong-Macao In-Depth Cooperation Zone in Hengqin.
