M.U.S.T. Signs Cooperation Agreement with Wenzhou Medical University to Promote Education and Academic Exchanges

Macau University of Science and Technology (M.U.S.T.) signed a cooperation agreement on education and academic exchanges with Wenzhou Medical University (WMU) in N101 at M.U.S.T., on the morning of November 30th, 2020. The cooperation agreement was signed by Liu Liang, President of M.U.S.T. and Li Xiaokun, President of WMU. Dr. Liu Chak Wan, Chancellor of M.U.S.T., witnessed the signing ceremony.

The two parties reached a cooperation agreement on faculty training, student exchange programs, academic research, data sharing, and joint graduate programs. Through educational cooperation and academic exchanges, the two universities will explore further integration and complementation of resources to enrich the teaching and managing experience, and promote research quality. 

President Li Xiaokun and the delegation visited the State Key Laboratory of Quality Research in Chinese Medicine and M.U.S.T. History and Achievements Exhibition Hall the next day. Afterward, President Li Xiaokun and President Liu Liang, joined by Zhou Hua, Dean of Faculty of Chinese Medicine, Zhu Yi Zhun, Director of School of Pharmacy, Feng Junguo, Administrative Officer of School of Graduate Studies, Xie Ying, Program Director of School of Pharmacy, Assistant Professor Fan Xing Xing and Assistant Professor Pan Hudan of the State Key Laboratory of Quality Research in Chinese Medicine, held a colloquium.

At the colloquium, the two universities conducted in-depth discussions on the cooperation projects. Under the framework of the agreement, the two sides hope to continue to explore further cooperation, refine cooperation projects, integrate their advantageous resources, and promote the development of research and teaching.
