Culinary Demonstration Workshop by Chef Zhang Zhicheng held at M.U.S.T

Co-organized by Wynn Food and Beverage Academy and the Faculty of Hospitality and Tourism Management (FHTM) of M.U.S.T, a Culinary Demonstration Workshop by Chef Zhang Zhicheng was held on May 6, 2021. Chef Zhang (from Beijing’s Yan Jin Tang) was invited to share his cooking techniques and experience in the culinary field. The event was attended by students from the Food & Beverage Management (BFBM) program.

Prof. Ben K. Goh, gave a warm welcome speech to the guests and said M.U.S.T. has kept enriching students’ learning and professional skills through courses, master lectures, and culinary workshops. The University expects that these events will provide students with the opportunity to have up-close and personal experience with the experts.

Chef Zhang Zhicheng Demonstrated His Signature Dishes

Chef Zhang Zhicheng, the owner and chef of the private restaurant "Yan Jin Tang", was born in 1993 and is a rising star in Beijing’s culinary circle. Chef Zhang is a diligent and studious young chef and he aims to present a brand-new Chinese cuisine with Japanese craftsmanship to his guests. Dedicated and with a professional working spirit to ensure that the dishes are more refined, doing his very best each and every time.
