The Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Baking Experts Association visited the SCS recently, both parties shared ideas and experiences on food, food safety, food culture, and related training matters.
Macau was officially designated as a UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy in 2017, Macau is famous for its ‘fusion food’ – the Macanese cuisine, in which the food combines elements of Eastern and Western culture. Through this meeting, we take the opportunity to promote local food safety education and cultural inheritance, we hope to leap forward towards sustainable development, and further expand cooperation on international food education and research.
