1.      Develop general-purpose large language models, including pre-training, supervised fine-tuning, and reinforcement learning, to match the capabilities of mainstream commercial models across various dimensions.

2.      Lead the team in continuously enhancing the scale, quality, and coverage of language corpora.

3.      Develop domain adaption or domain fine-tuning of large language models to demonstrate business capabilities in fields like education, conferences, etc.

1.      Proficiency in one of the mainstream deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or other similar frameworks, and expertise in either C++ or Python.

2.      Master common deep learning network architectures.

4.      Experience in handling large-scale data is preferred.

Summary：

The audio team at CVTE is currently hiring research engineers with rich experience in signal processing and machine learning for the development of challenging multi-source and far-field scenarios.. Our mission is to support audio and speech related business groups and to promote the company's long-term growth.

Responsibilities：

1.      Conduct research on state-of-art audio signal processing and speech enhancement algorithms;

2.      Design algorithms of far-field audio capture and multichannel signal processing, and work towards productization；

3.      Design objective speech quality evaluation methods, analysis tools and support materials needed for productization;

4.      Write technical document on algorithm design

5.      Collaborate with SW and HW team for productization.

1.      PhD in acoustics, audio signal processing, or machine learning;

2.      Solid background on audio signal processing and machine learning;

3.      Strong programming skills and proficient in Python/Matlab;

Preferred Requirements：

1.      Prior experience in designing multichannel audio signal processing for real-world products;

Devise innovative time-dependent signal processing algorithms and deliver the next generation sensors/actuators with our hardware team.

1.      Develop DSP algorithm, including transform, convolutions, feature extraction and etc.
