Job Description

工作描述

·         Provide professional secretarial & administrative support to Management Team;

·         Proficiency in MS Office, Chinese word processing;

·         Organise meetings and schedule appointments, arrange rooms booking and conference facilities;

·         Organise travel arrangement and accommodation for business trips;

·         Coordinate with operation teams to create job codes, raise invoices and consolidate information for statistical reports;

·         Perform any ad hoc assignments.

Requirements

應聘要求

·         University degree holder or above

·         Experience working in a professional service firm or a multinational corporation is an advantage;

·         Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua);

·         Proficiency in MS office applications and Chinese Word Processing;

·         Mature, Self-motivated, well-organised, detail-minded, multi-tasking and able to work independently;

·         With good communication skills
