An intensive hands-on masterclass to fast-track your way to global retail leadership. You will be at the forefront, understanding what our customers need and want, to shape store strategies and spearhead experimental initiatives. You will receive comprehensive training from Store Manager(s), Fast Retailing Management and Innovation Centre (FRMIC) and Senior Management to enhance your competencies and knowledge. You will be a part of the passionate teams to make everyone's lives better through the power of clothing, by Changing clothes, Changing conventional wisdom, and Changing the world. Structure of the UMC Programme A 2-year structured development program designed to develop the necessary skill sets and confidence to manage sales floors, lead teams, and refine your leadership abilities Acquire Store Manager qualification* through fast-changing UMC Journey after 1 year is your priority goal of this program: At UNIQLO, we see the sales floor as our center for understanding what our customer really want, confronting challenges head-on, and deriving actions to achieve rapid success. That’s why our UMC program places a strong emphasis on working in-store. Discover what it takes to effectively manage a high-grossing UNIQLO store firsthand. It means you will be working alongside your real team in stores. Manage and develop your own strong teams - competencies, skills and teamwork. Develop and implement strategic actions to uplift customer satisfaction and boost store sales. Build strong relationships with our Store Support Center, sharing insights on local marketing, merchandising, HR and E-commerce activities. Receive masterclass training from Fast Retailing Management and Innovation Centre (FRMIC) to top up competencies and knowledge. Learn from our Senior Management, not just on leadership capabilities but also management philosophy - “At UNIQLO, mindsets shape our core aspirations and actions”. Ultimately become a Store Manager to fast-track towards local or global management roles. You can develop a diverse career in operating departments such as Star Store Manager or Area Manager as well as in headquarter functions such as Marketing, E-Commerce, etc. Offer an exceptional opportunity for a global career challenge, with the possibility to work overseas in the future. *Written & panel interviews will be conducted.
