Second Lecture of FHTM’s “Seminars by F & B Leaders”

The second lecture of the “Seminars by F & B Leaders” hosted by FHTM was held on April 13, 2018. Mr. Jerry Li, Operation Manager of Pacha Macau in Studio City Macau, was invited to give a talk entitled Club Management for our food and beverage management majors.

Mr. Jerry Li first talked about his career path in food and Beverage industry. Then he talked about his work experiences working at Pacha Club, especially the ad-hoc incidents and the response. He also mentioned about the importance of the role of “bartender” working in a club. Many students were very curious about the topic of the lecture and raised many questions. At the end, Mr. Li encouraged our students to try the experience of working in different areas in the food and beverage industry.
