On the morning of November 30, 2020, the 20th anniversary ceremony of Macau University of Science and Technology (MUST) was successfully held in Block R Integrated Teaching Building on campus. During the ceremony, Ms. Xu Bing, a former student of the Law Faculty who graduated in 2004, delivered a keynote speech as an alumni representative.
In her speech, Xu Bing recounted how she returned to Macao from oversea and was admitted to the MUST during its early years. She was honored to be enrolled in the Faculty of Law and was immediately surprised by the comprehensive curriculum and the strong faculty. She is now a practicing lawyer and has opened his own law firm in Macao. She is very grateful for the teaching and training provided by the University and the Law Faculty. Xu Bing lamented that the reason why MUST has achieved what it has today is due to its persistent efforts. Since the establishment of the MUST, it has grasped some key opportunities timely, followed the development needs of Macao and the country, and cultivated a large number of high-quality talents for the country and the Macao region.
On behalf of all the alumni, Xu Bing offered his heartfelt wishes and sincere thanks to the University, and encouraged current students to cherish their study opportunities, work hard, and strive to become talented legal professionals that could contribute to the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.

Ms. Xu Bing is currently a partner at the Deng Yongheng & Xu Bing Law Firm, a mediator at the Belt and Road International Commercial Mediation Center, an arbitrator at the Zhuhai Arbitration Commission, and the President and Executive of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Legal Exchange Promotion Association.
