On the occasion of the 20th anniversary of Macau University of Science and Technology (MUST), Vice President Wang Tinghui of Guangdong University of Foreign Studies and her delegation visited the Law Faculty in the morning of December 1, 2020. Faculty Dean, Fang Quan, Program Directors, Bi Jingwei and Mou Xiaobo, and Assistant Professor Chen Bo attended the reception. The visit was also accompanied by Ms. Su Dongyan, Office Chief of the Management Committee of the Zhongxin Knowledge City Campus of Guangdong University of Foreign Studies, and Mr. Zhou Peng, Deputy Director of the Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Affairs Office.

As the Dean of one of the founding faculties of the MUST, Professor Fang Quan introduced to the guests the development of the Law Faculty in teaching, research, academic activities, core institutions under the faculty, and foreign cooperation and exchange during the past 20 years. Vice President Wang Tinghui praised the MUST and the Law Faculty for their rapid development and fruitful achievements, and expressed her hope that both universities would start substantive cooperation in various aspects such as law discipline construction, talent training, academic research and curriculum development, and take advantage of the pioneering opportunities of undergoing Zhongxin Knowledge City project to move forward together.
The MUST Law Faculty and the School of Law of Guangdong University of Foreign Studies have signed a cooperation agreement in 2019, hoping that both institutions will make use of their unique advantages generated by national and SAR policies, share resources and fully expand the in-depth cooperation in legal education.
