“ The Mooting Competition on Corporate M&A, from the session of due diligence, completing EOI, negotiating with Xiaomi Corporation and breaking the deadlock, then reporting to the Board, lasted 38 days in total. In the past 38 days, what impressed me most was the joint efforts and common progress of all team members. Besides, the integration of theories and practice in the competition laid a solid foundation for my future practical work.”
