The Award Ceremony of the 2nd “Justice Bao Cup”Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao College Students Legal Empirical Analysis Competition & the Youth Forum of China’s Practice and Development of Rule by Law was grandly held in Guangzhou on the morning of June 18th. The Faculty of Law, M.U.S.T achieved outstanding results in the contest.
The Faculty of Law, M.U.S.T attached great importance and organized teachers and students to actively participated into the competition and was rewarded the honorable title of “Excellent Organization Award.” Meanwhile, postgraduate student from the Faculty of Law Gao Xia won the second prize of postgraduate group in the competition for her paper “A Study on Influencing Factors of Judicial Application of Unlimited Fines Penalty-Take 298 Verdicts of Fraud as examples”. Postgraduate student .Ma Yu Wen won the third prize of postgraduate group in the contest for his paper “Analysis on Effectiveness of Administrative Litigation under the Mechanism for Deterring Acts of Bad Faith.
The 2nd“Justice Bao Cup”Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao College Students' Legal Empirical Analysis Competition was hosted by Guangdong Province Law Society。 During the competition ,the organization committee received a total of 478 papers submitted by undergraduates and postgraduates majoring in Law from universities in the Mainland, Hong Kong and Macao, such as Sun Yat-sen University, South China University of Technology,,The University of Hong Kong, Macau University of Science and Technology. The Faculty of Law, M.U.S.T stood out from the participating universities and achieved outstanding results in the competition.
