The dean of the Faculty of Law, Fang Quan, as well as Program Director Xie Gengliang, Associate Professor Yi Zaicheng, and Assistant Professor Chen Bo, attended the reception.

During the meeting, Dean Fang warmly welcomed the guests and introduced the disciplinary construction and development of the Faculty of Law, including the scale of teachers and students, curriculum design, student training, and the work done by the college in establishing academic research platforms, external exchanges, and social services.

She specifically mentioned that the undergraduate curriculum of the Faculty of Law provides dual-track teaching on Macao law and Chinese law subjects, while the graduate curriculum emphasizes comparative law perspectives and cross-disciplinary legal research.

To continuously improve the recognition and quality of degree programs, the college actively promotes cross-disciplinary talent training and social services through two national research platforms and several affiliated institutions.

Manager Jia Liqun introduced that China Legal Service (Macao) is a professional legal service organization dispatched by the Ministry of Justice of China to the Macao Special Administrative Region, providing legal consulting services, notarization services, mainland lawyer business, and organizational training.

The company pays attention to bridging legal services and legal education exchanges between Macao and mainland China, actively participating in research and practice on legal service rules and mechanisms for the "Belt and Road" and the Greater Bay Area construction.

During the talks, both sides hoped to strengthen cooperation in talent training, social services, and other areas by leveraging Macao's geographical advantages and local diversity and inclusiveness under the "one country, two systems" framework, jointly promoting the legal system construction in Macao and the Greater Bay Area.
