From September 6 to 9, 2022, the 2022 International Conference on partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS 2022) was successfully held with the strong support of MUST.
The conference was jointly sponsored by Universitatea Babes-Bolyai, Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Hamburg University of technology and Munich University. Adhering to the principle of joint research and development, experts and scholars in the field of structural equation were contacted to come together and actively contribute to discuss and exchange the latest development of partial least squares structural equation model. The conference attracted more than 300 contributions from more than 50 countries and regions.
During the preparation of the PLS2022 conference, the organizing committee will hold an online workshop every quarter to promote the conference and exchange academic knowledge. The four online workshops were all registered in a very short time and attracted nearly 60000 views. These preparatory work and pre conference activities have produced a good academic exchange effect. PLS-SEM was listed as a research hotspot by Kerui Vion in 2017 and 2019. The field is developing rapidly, and knowledge and technology are updating with each passing day. Colleagues at home and abroad need to exchange research status and progress in time. This conference provides a good learning and communication platform and helps to enhance the reputation of our university.
