Driven by their passion to create good food, the students have launched 3 successful food concepts since September 2020. Students who participated in the course said that they had experienced the operation of the restaurant and gained a lot. They not only learned a lot of professional knowledge of restaurant management, but also enriched experiences through solving the problems encountered in the operation and improved the ability, which might help them to get well prepared for the future career.

On Nov 25, 2020, led by culinary instructor Ms. Mary Ote, the student representatives organized a visit to a charitable organization that cater to the needs of orphaned children ages 0 to 4 years old. Through their endeavors, our BFBM students were able to provide 22 young children with new winter coats, scarves, hats, socks, teddy bear and a gift wrapped toy for Christmas. The children were truly grateful for our students’ efforts in bringing joy and love to the orphans this Christmas season.
