To support the provision of the evidence base for quality assurance in the University, the Quality Assurance Office has prepared a Quality Assurance Booklet, which indicates the kinds of data that should be compiled and kept by each Faculty, School/Department, together with the reviewing, interrogation, evaluation and action upon, in order to develop, sustain and evaluate quality. This booklet provides advice on when and how frequently these data should be updated. To accompany this booklet the Quality Assurance Office has prepared easy-to-complete pro-formas for data entry for al the data indicated in the booklet, both in soft copy and hard copy.
