In order to have a comprehensive understanding of the basic mental health conditions of our freshmen and to provide more suitable activities and services, we would arrange freshman mental health survey for our first-year students every year. Participation is mandatory for all first-year students.
The freshman mental health survey is conducted in two phases:
The first phase:
Online questionnaire (about 10 minutes). For pre-university students and undergraduates, class mentors and seniors will coordinate and notify them the survey date and time. For postgraduate students, they will be notified through email.
Period: Every year from September to October
The second phase:
Some students will be randomly sampled for an interview with our counselors (about 15 minutes).
Period: Every year from October to December
