Course credit transfer

Please refer to Chapter III – Section “Credit Transfer” of the Student Handbook

Procedures

1. Complete the Credit Transfer Application Form
2. Submit the application form and the following documents to the corresponding faculty
   
   • Academic Transcripts
   • Course Outlines
   • Course Descriptions
   • A copy of the applicant’s Identity Card/Passport
3. Pay application fees at the Finance Office (Room R102)
4. Submit the application form with the above mentioned documents to UIC Office (Room R722a)
